1.) We need to decide what city and state your team represents. While the states are set in stone, there's actually plenty of room to make your own cities. Of course you could try to use familiar cities that already exist, but is that really quite as fun? We need to do our best to make sure this decision is unanimous.
2.) A team name will be in order. I personally recommend (As most of your opponents will be matching this as well.) naming your team [Your city name] [Monster/Animal name] Such as The Houston Beholders, or The Chicago Krenshars. This will also need to be unanimous.
3.) What does every sports team have!? A team emblem will be necessary as well! People, start drawing and posting pictures, others: comment on the pictures, make suggestions, everyone participate in this sort of stuff, because once decided, it will be YOUR EMBLEM. This, too is a unanimous vote.
4.) Sponsors. Think of some companies you'd like to sponsor. Every team has at least 1 major sponsor, and usually each member finds minor sponsors between different crawls. These sponsors will give you special items during crawls depending on where it is or your demands might be met if you're hard enough on them. Remember, creativity...you can make up your own companies to sponsor, or use existing companies. Hell, you can even take existing company names, and even make them be representing different products! It's all up to you. This doesn't need to be unanimous, just come to a consensus.
Post your topics, and be sure to make it clear which part of this you're posting for. If you have an all new idea, make a new thread, only post in others about what your critiques are involving that, or ideas to meet compromises. Most of all, don't make this a bloody battle to get what YOU want, make sure it's all in good fun.
